		<description>wonderful idea, and your persistence is admirable! Btw, walking is also a way to alleviate pressures and to lower anxiety, and helps to stay out of depression. I run every morning for the same purpose.

However, I don&#039;t know how much it rains in the bay area, but I know that in California, &quot;when it rains, it pours&quot;. So keep those daily parking permits for these days... :-)</description>
